Small-bore

A field-proven and patented subsea tie-in system for 4″– 24″ lines, designed to ensure controlled load management and seamless installation compatibility. It supports rigid spools, flexible flowlines and jumpers and PLRs.
Size range
4” – 24”
Applications
Rigid spools, flexible lines, PLRs
Connector
Optima Clamp connector, 3-part single screw

Patented and field proven, the H-mode tie-in system introduces a unique method of taking tie-in loads. It ensures a gradual and controlled build-up of loads during the tie-in process, providing a reliable and safe operation while minimizing peak load effects on connected structures.

The system is a robust and versatile tie-in solution designed for small-bore applications ranging from 4” to 24”. It is suitable for flexible lines and risers, rigid spools, and PLRs, making it adaptable to a wide range of subsea developments and field configurations.

Engineered for operational efficiency, the system is easy to operate and delivers significant time savings during installation. A key advantage is that guideposts do not need to be removed during the stroking operation, simplifying procedures and reducing offshore intervention. For projects requiring increased structural performance, the solution can be configured with two guideposts to enhance back moment capacity.

The system comes with a complete tie-in tool suite. The design enables straightforward use of cleaning tools, seal replacement tools, and the stroking tool, ensuring an efficient and reliable tie-in operation.
